Children eligible for funding

All three and four year olds are entitled to 15 hours of FREE early years education, beginning the term after their 3rd birthday. This is funded by Hampshire County Council - you can find more details on their website http://www3.hants.gov.uk/eye.

You are able to use a minimum of 2.5 hours or all of these hours and more each week! You'll simply receive an invoice for any hours you book that take you above your government funded hours. For any session where we do not receive funding we charge £6.00 per hour (3 & 4 year olds) in line with Hampshire County Council funding. 

Eligible families of 3 and 4 year olds are entitled to 30 hours of FREE early years education. To check if you are eligible please visit https://www.gov.uk/apply-30-hours-free-tax-free-childcare 

Children not eligible for funding

Children under the age of three that are not eligible for funding, will be charged £6.25 per hour (2 year olds) in line with Hampshire County Council Under 3’s funding. 

Two year old funding

As from April 2024, 2 year old funding for 15 hours is available to eligible families.  To check if you are eligible or to apply online visit:  https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/ 

At our preschools our parents receive invoices during each of our three terms. We offer flexible payment methods for those who need it, as well as use of voucher schemes. If sessions are booked on an ad-hoc basis when available, payment must be made within 3 days.

N.B - Fees are non-refundable should your child be absent due to holiday or illness. For your child to keep his or her place at the preschool, fees that are due must be paid.
